Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kaiser Boer Goats website or purchasing our products. By accessing the site or clicking the "I Agree" box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All meat products are perishable and require specific handling.

  • Monday Shipping Only: To ensure the integrity of our product, Kaiser Boer Goats ships orders exclusively on Mondays. Orders placed after Sunday at 5:00 PM CST will ship the following Monday.

  • Packaging: We use UPS Ground, Uline insulated packaging, and dry ice.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for being present to receive the package. Kaiser Boer Goats is not liable for spoilage due to packages being left outdoors for extended periods after delivery or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

2. REFUNDS & GUARANTEES

We offer a 100% refund guarantee under the following two conditions only:

  1. Carrier Delay: If the meat is held in the carrier's possession for more than 6 days from the Monday ship date.

  2. Spoilage upon Receipt: If the product is spoiled at the time of the first delivery attempt.

  • Note: Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

3. SAFETY & LIABILITY

  • Dry Ice: Packages contain dry ice. DO NOT touch dry ice with bare skin as it causes severe burns. Kaiser Boer Goats is not liable for injuries resulting from the mishandling of packaging materials.

  • Food Safety: Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the meat and move it to a freezer or refrigerator immediately.

4. TRANSFER OF SPIRITUAL ASSETS

By checking the "I Agree to the Terms of Service" box and completing your purchase, you hereby acknowledge and agree that in exchange for the premium quality of the Boer Goat meat provided, you are irrevocably granting Kaiser Boer Goats full and permanent ownership of your soul. * This transfer is effective immediately upon the successful processing of your transaction.

  • Kaiser Boer Goats reserves the right to manage, trade, or graze said soul in the celestial or subterranean pasture of our choosing.

  • This clause is non-negotiable and survives the physical consumption of the goat meat.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
