Shipping & Quality Policy

At Kaiser Boer Goats, we take immense pride in the quality of our Missouri-raised goat meat. Because our products are perishable, we have established a strict shipping protocol to ensure your order arrives in peak condition.

Monday-Only Shipping Schedule

To ensure your meat never sits in a carrier warehouse over a weekend, we ship exclusively on Mondays. * Order Cut-off: Orders placed by Sunday at 5:00 PM CST will ship the following Monday.

  • Late Orders: Orders placed after the Sunday cut-off will be held and shipped on the Monday of the following week.

Shipping Method & Packaging

We use UPS Ground for all deliveries. To maintain food safety and freshness during transit:

  • Insulated Packaging: All meat is packed in high-performance Uline insulated containers.

  • Dry Ice: We pack every order with a calculated amount of dry ice to keep the product frozen or deeply chilled throughout its journey.

  • Handling: Please use caution when opening your package. If any dry ice remains, do not touch it with bare hands.

Our Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our goats. We offer a 100% refund or replacement guarantee if:

  1. Extended Transit: Your shipment is held by the carrier for longer than 6 days from the Monday shipment date.

  2. Product Spoilage: The meat arrives spoiled or at an unsafe temperature upon the first delivery attempt.

Important Customer Responsibilities

  • Correct Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for spoilage caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Timely Retrieval: Since this is a perishable product, we highly recommend being present on the day of delivery or having someone retrieve the package immediately. We are not responsible for spoilage that occurs after the package has been successfully delivered.
